A 28-year resident of Manassas, Dianne and her husband, David, moved to Manassas because of its small-city vibe. Dianne and David have one child, who graduated from Osbourn High School in 2018.
Dianne spent her professional career as a government contractor, working for the last 10 years as a program manager for multimillion-dollar contracts. Her experience managing complex projects has prepared her well for the challenges of city governance.
Dianne brings real-world experience in project management and a deep commitment to the Manassas community she's called home for nearly three decades.
Building a stronger Manassas through housing, smart development, and community investment.
I support the attainable housing development at The Landings as a first step in addressing housing cost and availability for our first responders, teachers, and service workers who keep our community running.
I support development of the City's downtown and Mathis Ave projects. I will bring the voices of residents to the development process. These are generational opportunities that will shape Manassas for the next 50-plus years.
Supporting our over 20 parks and Community Center through ongoing investment and additional programming. Continuing partnerships with the Freedom Center, Boys and Girls Club, and the arts. Ensuring parks and green space are included in downtown and Mathis Ave.
A lifetime of service to Manassas and the greater community.
